Introduction: DMW is committed to protecting your privacy. We make this privacy policy is to describe to you our practice of collecting, using and sharing personal data (as defined below), the data and DMW, mobile applications and we provide service or other software related to our service, such as our terms of service (collectively referred to as "services"). "NFT" in this Privacy Policy means an irreplaceable token or similar digital project implemented on a blockchain, such as the Ethereum blockchain, that uses a smart contract to link to or otherwise associate with certain content or data.


Your Role and Responsibilities: Before using the Software and Services, please thoroughly understand this policy, and confirm full understanding and consent before starting to use.


Your Rights and options:


(1) You have the right to understand the collection and storage of personal information by the Software.

(2) You have the right to know how and by whom your personal information will be used.

(3) You have the right to know to whom we may share or disclose your personal information.

(4) You have the right to ask us at any time whether we process your personal information, request access to, remove or delete or transfer (transfer) your personal information, and request us to correct or modify your inaccurate personal information.


1. The type of data we collect.

"Personal data" means data that allows someone to individually identify you, including your name, email address, and other non-public information related to or linked to any of the above information. "Anonymized data" refers to data that is not personally related to you, including aggregated data and de-identified data, and anonymized data itself does not allow identifying individuals.


We collect personal data and anonymized data as described below:


A. The information you provide to us.

(1) We may collect your personal data when you use our services, update your account profile, or contact us, such as email address, first and last name, username, and other information provided by you. We also collect your blockchain address, which may be associated with personal data when you use our services.

(2) Our services allow you to store preferences, such as the content of the presentation, notification Settings, and favorites. We may associate these choices with your ID, browser, or mobile device.

(3) If you provide us with feedback, we will collect your name and information, as well as any other content contained in the message.

(4) You may voluntarily provide information to us or collect your personal data from other service points in our statement.


B. The information collected through technology.

When you browse and interact with our services, we may use automated data collection techniques to collect certain information about your devices, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

(1) Information collected by our servers. In order to provide our services and make them more useful to you, we (or third party service providers) collect information from you, including but not limited to your browser type, operating system, Internet protocol (" IP ") address, mobile device ID, blockchain address, wallet type, and date/time stamp.

(2) Log files. As with most websites and applications, we automatically collect some information and store it in log files. This information includes IP address, browser type, Internet service provider (" ISP "), reference/exit page, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use these information to analyze trends, manage services, track the movement of users across services, and better tailor our services to the needs of users.

(3) the Cookies. Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. We can use session cookies (which expire after you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your computer until you delete them) to analyze how users interact with our services, improve the quality of our products, and provide users with a more personalized experience.

(4) Pixel Tag. We use "Pixel Tags" (also known as clear GIFs, web beacons, or web bugs). "Pixel Tags" allow us to analyze how users find our services, make the services more useful to you, and customize your experience with us to meet your specific interests and needs.

(5) Analysis services. In addition to the tracking technologies we provide, such as cookies and Pixel tags, other companies may set their own cookies or similar tools when you access our services. This includes third-party analytics services (" Analytics Services ") that we participate in to help analyze how users are using the service. The information generated by cookies or other technologies about your use of our Services (" Analytics Information ") is transferred to the Analytics Service. The analysis service uses the analytics information to compile reports on user activity, which we can receive individually or in aggregate. We use the information we gain from analyzing our services to improve our services. Analytical Services may also transfer analytical information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process the analytical information on their behalf. The ability of each analytics service to use and share analytics information is limited by the Terms of Use and privacy policy of such analytics services.


C. Information collected from third party companies.

We may use products and services provided by third party companies in conjunction with our services, whose products and services may be linked to our services by companies that receive personal and/or anonymous data about you. For example, third-party wallet providers provide us with your blockchain address and certain other information that you choose to share with those wallet providers. We may add it to the data we already collect from or about you through our services.


D. Public information observed from blockchain.

We collect data from publicly visible and accessible activities on the blockchain, including blockchain addresses and information about purchases, sales, or transfers of non-financial transactions, which may be associated with other data you provide to us.


2. Use your personal data


A. We strictly abide by the provisions of laws and regulations as well as the agreement with users, and use the collected information as described in this privacy protection Guide to provide you with better services.


Specifically, we use your personal data in the following situations:

(1) Facilitate the creation and protection of your account;

(2) Confirm that you are a user in our system;

(3) Provide you with our services, including helping you view, explore, and create NFTS using our tools, and purchase, sell, or transfer NFTS on the public blockchain;

(4) When you interact with our services, we will analyze your interaction with us to improve service management and experience quality;

(5) Provide customer support and respond to your requests and inquiries;

(6) Investigate and resolve potential violations of our Terms of Service;

(7) Prevent and resolve fraud, detect violations of our terms or policies and/or other harmful or illegal activities;

(8) Send you a welcome email to verify ownership of the email address you provided when you created your account;

(9) Send you notices related to the operation of the Service, including offers on your NFT;

(10) purposes incidental to the above purposes of use


B. We can create anonymous data records from personal data. We use this anonymized data to analyze request and usage patterns in order to improve services and provide quality of service. We reserve the right to use the anonymized data for any purpose and to disclose the anonymized data to third parties.


3. Disclose your personal data.


We will disclose your personal data as set out below and in this Privacy Policy and other sections:


A. Third-party service providers. We may share your personal data with third party service providers to provide technical infrastructure services, conduct quality assurance tests, analyze how our services are being used, preventing, detecting and responding to unauthorized activities, provide technical and customer support and provide additional support to us and the Service.


B. Subsidiary companies. We may share some or all of your personal data with any subsidiary, joint venture or other company under our common control, in which case we will require our subsidiary companies to comply with this Privacy Policy.


C. Restructuring of the company. We may share some or all of your personal data during the negotiation process of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving the sale, transfer, divestiture or disclosure of all or part of our business or assets. If another company acquires our company, business or assets, that company will own the personal data we collect and will assume the rights and obligations related to your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.


D. Legal rights. Regardless of the choice you make about your personal data, the DMW may disclose personal data if it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary: in connection with any legal investigation; Comply with relevant laws or respond to subpoenas, warrants, or other legal proceedings served on the DMW; Protect or defend the rights or property of DMW or Service users; Investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.

4. Third-party websites.


Our services may contain links to third party websites. When you click a link to any other website or location, you will leave our service and jump to another website that may collect personal data from you. We have no control over, do not censor, and are not responsible for these third party sites or their content. Please note that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these third party websites and their content, nor do they apply to any personal data you collect after you click a link to such third party websites.


5. Third-party wallets.

To use our services, you must use a third-party wallet that allows you to transact on a public blockchain. Your interaction with any third-party wallet provider is governed by the applicable Terms of Service and privacy policy of that third party.


6. Data access and control.

You can view, access, edit, or delete personal data about certain aspects of the service through the Settings page. You may also have certain other rights:


A. If you are a user in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have certain rights under the respective European and United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulations (" GDPR "). These rights include:

(1)      the right to request access to and obtain copies of your personal data;

(2)      Request correction or deletion;

(3)      object to or restrict the processing of your personal data;

(4)      require the portability of personal data. In addition, if we collect and process your personal data without your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

B. If you are a resident of California, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (" CCPA "). These rights include:

(1)      requesting access to detailed information and copies of your personal information that we collect and/or share with third parties;

(2)      Request the deletion of personal information we collect about you; And

(3)      the right to choose not to sell your personal information. As defined by CCPA, we do not "sell" your "personal information".


C. If you wish to exercise your rights under GDPR, CCPA or other applicable data protection or privacy laws, please use the "Submit Request" link here or the address provided in Section 13 below to contact us with your request and refer to applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity or ask for more information about your request. We will consider and take action in accordance with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.


D. Notwithstanding the above, we cannot edit or delete any information stored on a blockchain, such as the Ethereum blockchain, as we have no control over any blockchain. The information stored on the blockchain includes your blockchain address and purchases, sales, and transfers related to non-financial transactions held at that address.


7. Data retention.


We may retain your personal data as long as you continue to use the Service, have an account with us, or for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may continue to retain your personal data even after you deactivate your account and/or stop using the Services, provided that such retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms and other agreements, and protect our legitimate interests. If your personal data is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete it.


8. Data protection.


We strive to provide protection for users' information security to prevent information leakage, loss, improper use, unauthorized access and disclosure. We use multi-directional security protection measures to ensure the protection of users' personal information at a reasonable level of security, including technical protection means, management system control, security system guarantee and many other aspects.


You are responsible for the security of your digital wallet and we would urge you to take steps to ensure its security. If you find problems with your wallet, contact your wallet provider.


9. Minors.


We have no intention of collecting personal data from visitors under the age of 13. Our Terms of service require all users to be at least 18 years old. Minors who are 13 years of age or older but under 18 years of age can use a parent or guardian's DMW account, but only with the participation of the account holder. If a child under the age of 13 submits personal data to the DMW and we are made aware that the personal data is the information of a child under the age of 13, we will attempt to remove the information as soon as possible.
